Todd Real Estate Solutions Inc.’s President, Jim Todd, developed this ARCO am/pm and McDonald’s co brand project with his previous development company, and the ARCO am/pm continues to be operated by Todd Energy Corporation today. This property was annexed into the City of Los Banos, and includes the development of the 2.09-acre site, 18 fuel pumps, a short tunnel car wash, and a 3,900 square foot McDonald’s quick service restaurant with a drive-thru, co branded with a 2,900 square foot am/pm convenience store.
